A-1 has over twenty years of experience with virtually every aspect of leaded glass, including repairs. Estimates of repairs are given free of charge, provided that the explanation of the repair is given over the phone or in an e-mail. This is usually done by sending a digital picture in an e-mail or describing, over the phone, the details of the broken piece (e.g. glass type, number of broken pieces, etc.) I have performed hundreds of repairs over the years and have never come across something that I couldn't fix. My repairs are done on site, on most occasions, in a matter of one to three hours, as opposed to other glass companies who want to remove your glass and take it back to their shop to fix or have you bring it to them.
